Mike's Protein Snaps

Get snapping on these muscle building babies!

5 scoops Choc Whey Protein
1/2 cup Almond Meal
1/3 cup Psyllium Husk
Tbs Flax Seed
Tbs Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup Coconuit Oil
4 egg whites

Mix dry ingredients
Add Coconut Oil + mix
Add Egg Whites + mix
Smooth out over baking paper
Let it cool and set in fridge/freezer
Cut into squares
Keep refridgerated

DO NOT: Eat all 30 in 5 minutes

Mike's Muscle Muffins

A healthy "naughty" treat that you won't mind adding to your diet!

4 scoops choc whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond meal
handful of crushed almonds
small handful of coconut flakes
Tbs cinnamon
large handful of frozen mixed berries
2 tbs coconut oil
1 cup egg whites (or about 10 egg whites - seperated)

Mix dry ingredients
Mix in coconut oil, egg whites and mixed berries
Spoon into cupcake things
Cook for 15 mins on 150*C
Dust with extra almond meal
